Our story

On April 8, 2025, we lost our beloved mother to cancer. Her diagnosis came as a shock, and in just 18 short months, she was gone—leaving a void in our lives that can never again be filled. She was our breath of fresh air, our shoulder to lean on, and our sunshine in the rain. Even now, her magic lives on—in the signs we each receive, in the rays of sunshine where we feel her presence, and in the peace she left in our hearts.

Exactly one year later to the date, we opened Sunshine in the Rain—a flower truck inspired by her love for sunflowers. With our father’s 1957 blue GMC, we fill the back with her favorite bright blooms to reflect the joy and light she brought into all of our lives. Our purpose for this truck is to share her story and her love for life, while offering something simple but meaningful: beautiful bright flowers to bring warmth, color, and comfort into your home and your day, to be your sunshine in the rain.

We miss our mom deeply. This is one small part of our healing journey.

Thank you for being here, for supporting us, and for listening to her story.
